Randy Crabtree, CPA, is president of The Brainstorm Group. He hosts The Unique CPA, one of the most listened to podcasts in the profession, and founded the Bridging the Gap Conference. Accounting Today has named him one of its Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting three years running, in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Randy previously founded Tri-Merit Specialty Tax Services, a three-time Inc. 5000 honoree.
